We deliver throughout Australia. For all of our Australian orders we use Toll Priority. The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Our Couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday; 8.30am - 6pm for residential and business deliveries. For security purposes all packages must be signed for on delivery; please take this into account when selecting your delivery address. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver it the next working day. If your parcel was unable to be dropped off on these attempts and contact has not been made within 48 hours, our courier company will call you on the phone number you have provided. Please ensure that your details are completed carefully and in full to ensure accurate sending and tracking of your purchase. If the postcode or any part of the address is entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may result.
All orders are sold and delivered from New Zealand. Your purchase may require you to pay import duties and taxes if the total order value is above AUD$1,000 - if so you will be charged once your parcel has reached Australia.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
