Your Frequently Asked Questions

I have topped up my card online. When can I use the new balance?

The amount you have selected will be added to your nominated card once your payment has been approved. If you have placed your order on a week day your card should be topped up on the same day.
However, if you have placed your order over the weekend please allow 2-3 days.

I have lost my card/it has been stolen. What do I do?

Have you registered your card? If so, please contact our Head Office on 0508 LIPPYNZ (5477969)
or 09 415 2879.

Not a registered card? Unfortunately if your card has not been registered we are unable to replace it. Gift Cards should be treated like cash.

I think my balance is wrong. What do I do?

If you have registered your card you can view all the transactions that have been made against the card. If you still believe the balance is incorrect, please contact our Head Office on 0508 LIPPYNZ (5477969)
or 09 415 2879.

I have bought a card online. When/how will it arrive?

All Gift Cards are sent out via Courier Post. If you have ordered your Gift Card on a week day it should arrive in 1-2 days. If you placed your order over the weekend please allow 2-4 days for delivery.
