Your Frequently Asked QuestionsI have topped up my card online. When can I use the new balance?
The amount you have selected will be added to your nominated card once your
payment has been approved. If you have placed your order on a week day your card should
be topped up on the same day.
However, if you have placed
your order over the weekend please allow 2-3 days.
I have lost my card/it has been stolen. What do I do?
Have you registered your card? If so, please contact our

Not a registered card? Unfortunately if your card has not
been registered we are unable to replace it. Gift Cards
should be treated like cash.
I think my balance is wrong. What do I do?
If you have registered your card you can view all the
transactions that have been made against the card. If you
still believe the balance is incorrect, please contact our

I have bought a card online. When/how will it arrive?
All Gift Cards are sent out via Courier Post. If you have
ordered your Gift Card on a week day it should arrive in 1-2
days. If you placed your order over the weekend please
allow 2-4 days for delivery.
