Online Returns Policy
We promise to refund any item/s that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition. If you are a New Zealand online customer you can return item/s to the nearest Lippy store.
Provided that:
a) the item/s are unworn

b) the item/s have all of the barcode swing tags intact - please don't remove barcode swing tags if you are thinking of sending them back.

c) shoes are returned in their original shoe box

d) you provide proof of purchase

e) the items are returned within 30 days of purchase

In accordance with your legal rights and depending on the circumstances of your return we will replace or refund any justified complaint where goods are found to be faulty as to quality or performance.
We cannot process an online exchange; items must be returned and a new transaction made to purchase the required item.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

New Zealand Returns by Post for Free
To return your item/s to us you will need to create a return by completing the Online Returns Form and submitting your request. You will then receive a confirmation email asking you to follow these steps.
a) Use the courier bag you received your items in and turn it inside out.

b) Write your order number on the Free Post Returns Label Sticker that came with your item/s and stick this on the outside of the bag. The Returns Label Sticker is pre-paid and at no cost to you.

c) Take your parcel to your local Post Shop to send it.

You will be given a receipt along with a tracking number. Please keep this in a safe place until you receive confirmation that your refund has been processed, as without the Post Shop receipt we may not be able to provide a refund in the unlikely event your parcel goes missing.
Please allow 7 working days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and when your refund is complete. You will be refunded via your original method of payment.

New Zealand Returns to Store
Customers can return online purchases to the nearest Lippy Store for a refund, exchange or store credit provided the Online Returns Policy conditions are met.
Remember to take your confirmation email 'Your order is on its way to you' as proof of purchase. This has your Order Number, Payment Details and the item/s details you ordered. Without this your return cannot be processed.
You will be refunded by your original method of payment, please ensure that you have:
a) the credit card that was used to complete the purchase online. The cardholder must be present in order for your refund to be processed.

b) your bank account details for a direct deposit refund to be actioned. The name must match the 'Thank you for your order' proof of purchase confirmation email.

International Returns
Lippy is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase price using the original method of payment, provided that the Online Returns Policy conditions are met.
All international Customers are required to return unwanted item/s at their own return delivery cost.
You will need to create a return by following these steps:
a) Fill out the Online Returns Form and submit your request. We will email you confirmation once we receive your request

b) You will need to send your item/s to us along with your order number written on the parcel.

c) We advise you send your parcel via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. If you do not use the recommended service and in the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing we will be unable to process your return request.
