New Zealand Returns to Store
Customers can return online purchases to the nearest Lippy Store for a refund, exchange
or store credit provided the Online Returns Policy conditions are met.
Remember to take your confirmation email 'Your order is on its way to you' as proof of
purchase. This has your Order Number, Payment Details and the item/s details you ordered.
Without this your return cannot be processed.
You will be refunded by your original method of payment, please ensure
that you have:

the credit card that was used to complete the purchase online.
The cardholder must be present in order for your refund to be processed.

| b) |
your bank account details for a direct deposit refund to be actioned.
The name must match the 'Thank you for your order' proof of purchase
confirmation email.
