Lippy is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

All postage/shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

We cannot return goods where:
– Goods have been worn
– Goods have been damaged after purchase

In accordance with your legal rights and depending on the circumstances of your return we will replace or refund any justified complaint where goods are found to be faulty as to quality or performance
